I loved the HypnoMothering Workshop, I really loved meeting other Moms who go through the same daily battles as me and you, Chitra did such an amazing job with the course, I could have easily stayed the whole day. She has such a welcoming and calm way about her that makes it so easy to open up and to really get into the exercises and learn from her. I’ve learned tactics that I can actually use, even in every day life, not just as a mother.
Since doing the Workshop, I am most definitely BREATHING a lot more, which in turn has helped me stay more and more calm around my babies. I still have my bad days, but in general I just feel a lot better for doing this workshop. I use the breathing exercises on a regular basis and in combination with some other slight adjustments to my lifestyle (changed my diet a little, exercise more regularly) I feel a lot more in control of my own emotions while I deal with my littles BIG emotions. I would absolutely recommend this workshop to any and all mothers. I often feel very alone in this journey of motherhood, especially not having any family around, but having done this workshop, I feel more confident that I have things under control, that I’m not alone in this and that I have somewhere to turn to if I needed it. If I could, I would do this workshop every week 🙂

I didn’t realise just how much I needed to do this workshop. Time to just calm down and step away from the crazy day-to-day emotional rollercoaster I found myself in after the birth of our second child. Using the techniques learnt, I would catch myself at that crucial moment, BREATHE, and turn the situation around. It’s not always easy, but thankfully it’s so much better now. I loved meeting other mothers at the workshop who have been experiencing similar situations. Chitra has a wonderful way of supporting us in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I look forward to the next one!
