At 3 odd mins of the conversation, you will hear Lindsay mention RH negative blood – Rh factor is inherited protein found on the surface of the red blood cells. If your blood has protein then you are Rh positive (the most common blood type) and if your blood lacks protein then you are Rh negative. If you are pregnant and you are Rh negative then please speak to your care provider.
